Julie Pruitt Realtor ®
I have that typical “I went on vacation and fell in love with the area and so we moved here” story. Hi, my name is Julie Pruitt and I am a proud Texas native. Prior to moving to Santa Rosa Beach, FL in 2013, I worked as a Sales & Marketing Director for a multi-million dollar computer software company for 14 years. Once I moved my family to the beautiful paradise of the Emerald Coast, I boldly ventured into real estate and received my license.
So I’m from Northeast Texas, I’m southern to the core (sweet tea and all) and I am very family oriented. I’m married and together we have 4 kids (2 kids-n-law), 3 grand kids, and a spoiled Boxer. I love to be able to work so closely with families while helping them with their real estate needs. I choose to make life-long friends with my clients… it’s more fun that way. If you are looking for a realtor that goes above and beyond, I hope you will call me. I think you’ll like me.
My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a local real estate agent, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my best approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
If you or someone you know is looking for an agent that is trust-worthy and conducts business with integrity, I would appreciate your referral and your phone call! Let me buy you a cup of coffee and talk about your next real estate transaction and how I can help you.
