What Do You Look For In A Home
As a home buyer, what are the main things you look for immediately when you walk inside of a home? Do you look on the outside first? The structure, the landscaping, the roof??? Or do you want to see that kitchen? Most women have their dream kitchen in mind and if they don’t find it in the homes they are shopping, then most of the time, they resort to renovating a fixer upper or building brand new from the ground up. Most men like to see less “honey-do’s” and more “man cave areas”. But what is perfect, is when the couple finds “that perfect place to call home”.
If you were to find the perfect home today, priced comfortably in your budget, what would it look like? Does it have land? Does it have a privacy fenced-in backyard? Do you see your kids riding their bicycles in the street or playing in sprinklers in the yard? Or maybe the days of you chasing your little ones around are over and you are looking to downsize and have a little more time to relax and travel.
It’s never too early or late to daydream. Close your eyes…. What life do you see yourself living? Does it make you happy? You deserve happy. And this is the only life you have.. make it count.
If you don’t have a realtor that you trust to help find you that perfect dream house, then call me! I’m all about digging until I find gold! Just ask my buyers.
Once you finish that daydream, pick up the phone, and give me a shout. (903) 293-5821 – no more excuses!
