Halloween fun begins at dawn on 30A, as all the women you assumed were normal, hard-working females who lead average lives, break out the pointy hats, flowing black wigs and get on their broomsticks (bicycles) to ride down the highway! Schoolchildren are entranced as the cackling cadre swoops by en masse, and locals come out to marvel at the madness. Not only for fun, this 14th Annual Witches' Ride directly benefits CVHN, the Children's Volunteer Health Network, a local non-profit organization who functions to provide access to high-quality health care for families. Have you seen the big blue bus parked behind schools? This service provides top-notch dental care for hundreds of kids that otherwise would never have their precious teeth cleaned or cared for.

The festivities begin the night before--register early and have fun!
