Its 2017 and the market is driven by the internet. You know how the internet is taking sales from brick and mortar shops. Practically anything can be delivered to your door quickly and often at a lower price than if you went to a local store. I don't even need to name any of these websites because you have for sure ordered items off them yourself. Here is another good example. I fly a few times a year and I can't think of a time I have ever purchased an airplane ticket anywhere other than the internet. What you might not be familiar with is how the home buying front is changing with the internet. The internet does not just give you the ability to search all of the inventory from wherever you are. More importantly it is the match maker for the buyer and the agent. Especially in second home markets such as mine, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
